Mr. Larry Shane Childress, 52, of Scottsboro, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Schuelke officiating. Burial will follow at Skyline Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Childress was a machinist by trade. He was employed by Bocar, Incorporated. He is survived by his daughter, Shelby Faith Childress; A son, Cole Anthony Childress. Brothers, Eddie (Donna) Childress, Andy (Angie) Childress. Sister, Shelia Bradford. Aunts; Fay Brewer and Shirley Wright. Uncle; Horton (Ovell) Brewer.
Several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Childress is preceded in death by his parents, Ray Bryant and Virginia Childress and two brothers Terry Childress and Clayton Bryant “Tiny” Childress.
