Larry was a natural comedian and gifted athlete. He seemed to have a knack for fixing almost anything! He excelled at his job with EcoLab. He retired after 30 years of service. He was loved by his clients and coworkers.

He loved to fish and loved to share the experience with friends and family. He also loved riding his motorcycle with his wife Wendy. They took road trips with friends and family to enjoy the sights and fellowship.

He was a child of God and he loved the Lord. He was a member of Living Word Ministries where he served and assisted in any way he could.

He jokingly called himself “Grandfather the Magnificent” — which he was!

He was a loving, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Wendy Owen Reed of 40 years, three children, Corina Reed, Nicholas Reed (Kimberly), and Amber Jordan (Ryan). Three siblings, brother John H. Black (Francele), sister Jo Anne Horton (Monte), and brother Jesse Reed (Kay). Seven grand children and two great grandchildren.
