Funeral service for Larry Marcum, 53, will be Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Entombment will be in Burningtree Mausoleum. Visitation will be Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home.
Larry Marcum passed away at the age of 53 after a heart attack on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born February 14, 1966, in Indiana to John Samuel Marcum and Marrelle Grace Dyer Marcum.
Mr. Marcum served his country as an exemplary wartime veteran, where he earned several medals including the Bronze Star and Samuel Sharpe Award. Larry had great passion for his hobbies and travel, and was known for his quick wit, boisterous laugh, and adventurous spirit.
