Larry Gray Profile Photo  Larry Lynn Gray, 78, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025 at North Mississippi Medical Center—Gilmore in Amory. He was born on November 3, 1946 in Amory to Ralph R. and Ethel Sugg Gray. Larry graduated from Hatley High School and attended Itawamba Junior College. He married the former Judy Gilliland on March 5, 1966. For 35 years, Larry was a dedicated employee at Mueller Brass in Fulton where he worked in shipping and transportation. He was a staple at the igloo in Hatley and later would enjoy going to coffee every morning at the Hatley Tiger Mart. An avid hunter and fisherman, he also enjoyed gardening, and yard work. In addition, he liked riding horses, and often he could be found on his four-wheeler riding over his place. He was an avid MSU fan, and he was a faithful member of the Christian Chapel Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Lindsey officiating. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery.

In addition to his wife of 59 years, Judy Gray, he is survived by two daughters, Crystalyn Leech (Jon), Smithville and Ashley Gray Britts, Miami, FL; one brother, David Gray, Hatley; grandchildren, Tori Cook (Murff), Hunter Leech (Amber), Tasia, Brandon, Brodie, and Andrea; and great grandchildren, Peyton, Abbilynn, Cason, Kylie, Mia, Jack, and Rainey.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Dan Gray; brother, Randle Gray; niece, Shauna Gray; and nephew, Kim Gray.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Visitation will be on Tuesday from noon until 1:45 at the funeral home.
