Mr. Larry Keith McPherson, age 66 of Vernon, AL and formerly of Whiteville, NC, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019, at his residence.
Mr. McPherson was born November 7, 1952, in Whiteville, NC, to the late James C. and Margaret McPherson. He was mechanical engineer at Mt. View School. In addition to Whiteville, Mr. McPherson’s family is also from Chadbource, NC and High Point, NC.
Funeral services will be in Fredricksburg, VA with burial to follow at Stafford Memorial Gardens in Stafford, VA. Mullins and Thompson Funeral Home in Stafford, VA will be in charge of arrangements.
Mr. McPherson is survived by his wife, Inga McPherson, of Vernon, AL; one daughter, Dawn (Robert) McDonald of Sulligent, AL; three grandchildren, Remy McDonald, Eliana McDonald, and Rossi McDonald; one brother, Dale (Barbara) McPherson of Virginia; one mother-in-law, Lore Bachert of Virginia; two brothers-in-law, Fred Bachert and Jerry Bachert; one sister-in-law, Nancy Crawford; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
