Memorial services for Mr. Larry Horner, age 83, will be held, Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 3pm, in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home, with Josh Thompson officiating. Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, January 18, 2026, in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home from 2pm until service time.
Mr. Horner, a retired UPS driver of over 30 years, passed away Monday, January 12, 2026 in Jackson, TN.
Mr. Horner is preceded in death by his parents Jessie and Pearl (Duncan) Horner and his daughter Gail Horner Jackson.
Mr. Horner is survived by his wife, Carolyn Horner; a son, Scott Horner and wife Temple, two stepchildren, Kelly (Pierce) Hatch and husband Patrick and Billy Pierce; a sister Janet Horner Green; five grandchildren, Ellen (Jackson) Haskins and husband P.J., Jennie Beth (Jackson) Phelan and husband Dustin, Beau Jackson and wife Kylie, Emilee Horner and Spencer Horner and wife Sydney; and three step-grandchildren, Joshua Hatch and wife Mikayla, Trevor Hatch and Austin Pierce.
