Larry E. “Roundman” Gann – Obituary

Larry E. “Roundman” Gann, 67, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016, at NMMC in Tupelo. He was born August 24, 1948 to the late Paul Gann and the late Maureen Smith Gann. He retired from Cooper Tire and Rubber after many years of service. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Ozark Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. He loved carrying on conversations with friends and family on the phone.

A ceremony will be at 12:00 pm on Saturday April 23, 2016 at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. James Young and Bro. Bill Adams officiating. Burial will be in East Marietta Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Senter Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda Sue Gann of Marietta; daughters: Ramona Gann and Miranda Gann of Marietta; grandson, Parker Gann; Larry’s best friends: Prentis Barnes, Ron Hale, James Thornton, Jackie Pearson, and Donna Jones.

Preceded in death by his parents; Uncle, Maurice Gann; Aunts: Virginia Gann and Virginia Franks.

Pallbearers are Paul Barnes, Tracy Barnes, Ricky Houston, Jeff Underwood, Jonathan Underwood, and Tim Cooper.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ozark Baptist Church family and Cooper Tire B group.
