Larry E. Guffee – Obituary

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 5 – 9 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Home, Savannah, TN. The funeral service will be Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 11 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Rev. Joey Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park with military funeral honors accorded at graveside.

Mr. Guffee was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris Guffee, and second wife, Maudie Melson Guffee.

He is survived by his son, Ron Guffee; daughters, Janet Wright, Linda Burner, Sherry Plasse; grandchildren, Ronnie Burner, Doris Colbia, Curtis, Guffee, and Jeremy Burner, Larry Potts, Nick Bigelow, Steve Guffee, Amanda Guffee, Joel Kimball, Sara Guffee; great grandchildren, Benjamin, Crisse, Johnny, Bryce, Cayden, Cameron and Devin; step-son, Ricky Melson; step-daughters, Gail Hosea, Patsy Cornelius, Glenda Whitlow, Jane Haggard, Debbie Blackwelder; 12 step-grandchildren; 13 step-great grandchildren; 2 step-great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Curtis Guffee, Ron Guffee, Ronnie Burner, Jeremy Burner, Paul Plasse, and Nick Bigelow.
