Larry Dale Moore, 69, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice Unit. He was born March 16, 1956, in Fulton, to Cleston Dale and Annie Mae Barrett Moore. He was known as “Blue Eagle” in his 35 years of trucking, where he retired from Super Sagless. He was an old school shade tree mechanic who loved working on trucks and cars. He enjoyed classic car shows and loved going with his wife to the Blue Suede Cruise every year. He was a good “horse trader”, especially with cars. He always considered trucking his second home.
Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Joseph Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Keyes Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Terry Moore; two sons, Robbie Moore (fiancé Amanda) , and Andy Moore (April), all of Fulton; two brothers, Johnny Moore of Mooreville and Gerald Barrett of Bowling Green, KY; one sister, Linda Spencer of Ballardsville; four grandchildren, Chasity Michelle Davis (Tyler) of Tremont, Drew Moore of Fulton, Grant Moore of Peppertown, and Ty Moore of Fulton; two great grandchildren, Freya Davis and Maggie Davis; several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers will be Robbie Moore, Andy Moore, Grant Moore, Drew Moore, Ty Moore, and Ricky Loague.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
