Larry Bradley “Brad” Thigpen, 50, of Ardmore, Alabama passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, December 21, 2025.
Brad was born on April 6,1975, to Larry Thigpen, Jr. and Rozetta Ann Thigpen.
He spent his whole life in the Ardmore community where he was of the Christian faith. In his free time, Brad loved fishing, woodworking, and trading.
Brad is preceded in death by his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Michelle Thigpen, one son, Larry Peyton Thigpen, one daughter, Ivy Nicole Thigpen, two brothers, Kenneth Thigpen and David (Amanda) Thigpen, as well as five grandchildren: Nevaeh, Adalynn, Nick, Cayden Wallace, and Papa’s girl, Hadley Ann.
A visitation for Mr. Thigpen will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025, from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama. A funeral service is scheduled to follow visitation with service time beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Copeland Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Drake will officiate the service.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
