Larry Arnold Bass, 73, passed away on June 5, 2026, at St. Francis Hospital-Bartlett. Larry was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. An avid hunter and horseback rider, he especially enjoyed riding motorcycles. Larry never met a stranger and was known for his strength and loving nature. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Larry is survived by his beloved wife, Dawn Bass, his six children, and eleven grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Sadie Bass, his sister, Ann Bass, and his brother-in-law, Daryl Bass.
He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Paul Bass, Sr., and his brother, Chester Paul Bass, Jr.
Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 1PM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc, with visitation beginning at 12PM. Burial will follow in Valley Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Rod Williford, John Williams, Joe Blesengame, Gene Crawford, and Hunter Call.
