Larry Aaron Brewer, age 69 of New Market passed away suddenly at his residence on Feb. 27, 2019.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Brewer; daughter Julie Brewer; son Ben Brewer; three grandchildren Erin Wilson, Shelby Brewer, and Graham Brewer; two sisters Nancy Brewer and Judy Taylor and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by Worney Graham and Mary Virginia Brewer.
Larry served in the Army with the 2nd Infantry in Korea between 1968 and 1971.
In 1971 he went to work for the Huntsville Police Dept. as a patrol officer, and ended his time with H.P.D. in 1986 as a motorcycle patrol officer. In 1986 he went to work for Alabama Game and Fish Division, and retired in 2002.
He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend and will be missed dearly.
Visitation is Sat., March 3, 2019, 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Bellview Cemetery. Pallbearers are Ben Brewer, Scott Summitt, Rodney Gardner, Chad Taylor, Art Taylor and Dan Taylor.
