Memorial service for Mrs. Landa Morrow age 81 of Shinbone community in Clay County will be held on Sunday, Jan 5, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Union D Baptist Church with Rev. David Holcomb officiating.
Mrs. Morrow passed away on Monday Dec. 30, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Clay county and spent most of her life in Clay county. Mrs. Morrow was an avid fan of wrestling, Alabama football, and Atlanta Braves. She enjoyed being at home with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchild.
Mrs.Morrow is survived by her husband Leon Morrow of 54 years, her daughter SoniaMorrow of Delta and son Victor Morrow (Ashley) of Alabaster,Al one brother Ralph(Debra) of North Carolina, 7 grandchildren Parker(Ashley) Payton, Tyler, Cody, Davin, Ashton, and Greyson and one great grandchild Wrigley Morrow.
She was preceded in death by her parents Author Bell and Gussie Bell and 14 brothers and sisters.
