Funeral service for L.P. Weaver, Jr. , 79, will be Friday, April 28, 2017 at 1:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Morrow officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Salem Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Weaver died on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at River City Center. He was born September 27, 1937, in Cullman County to Leonard Preston Weaver and Annie Ruth Austin Weaver. He was a retired carpenter who loved flea markets, horses, fishing and Alabama Football. His greatest love was family; his wife, children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son: Ray Weaver.
