L.J. “Peter” Klinghard, age 94, of Florence, Alabama, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Glenwood Nursing Home.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 4 at 2 p.m. at The Father’s House, 317 E. Rasch Road, Florence, AL.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Ruth; and one grandson, with six surviving children: Dora Binde, Seattle, Washington, Martin Klinghard, Chattanooga, Tennessee, Gary Klinghard, Talladega, Alabama, Marion Klinghard, Summertown, Tennessee, Carmen Curtis and Trent Klinghard, both of Florence, Alabama, 12 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
