L.G. Britton Jr., age 87, of Russellville, passed away on Sunday, January 08, 2023.
L.G. is preceded in death by his parents, L.G. and Ollie Britton Sr.; siblings, Roy, Hoyt, Florence, Catherine.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 65 years, Doris Britton; children, Dewayne Britton (Debra) and Beverly Britton; grandchildren, Melena, Lori, Aaron, AyMee Beth; great-grandchildren, Madison, Colton, Nora, Grey, Rhowan; and dear friend, Dean Richardson; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
L.G. was a good Christian man and a devoted member of Frankfort Missionary Baptist Church. He was very devoted husband and father.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. today, January 10, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Truman Sutton officiating the service. The burial will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.
