Kristie Michelle Cain, 52, Cherokee, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024. Visitation will be Sunday, July 21, from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with Gatus Cheatham officiating. Interment will be in Harris Chapel Cemetery, Cherokee.
Kristie was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She was an avid Alabama football fan, a Dale Earnhart fan, and loved the music of KISS. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John Hubert and Christine Pugh, and Ulysses and Billie Turberville.
Kristie is survived by her loving husband of fifteen years, Ray Cain; children, Hunter McAnally and Brooke Lynn Cain; step-children, Jordan Cain (Monique), Megan Cain, Chandler Cain, and Kaitlyn Cain; father, John Carlton Pugh (Jean); mother, Sherry Pugh; brother, David Pugh; step-brother, Casey Cornelius; one granddaughter on the way, Emerald McAnally; step-granddaughter, Hazel Grace; nephew, Gage Pugh; and great-nephews, Carsyn and Zaidynn.
Pallbearers will be Casey Cornelius, Bradley Bump, Hank Feighner, Gage Pugh, Steven Long, and Jerry Sullivan.
