Kristi Hatfield, age 50, of Sulligent, AL, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. A Celebration Of Life service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 3:00pm from Otts Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Tom Roberts and Pastor Angela Metcalfe to officiate. The family will receive friends from 2:00pm until the Celebration of Life service at 3:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hope For Women, 1708 5th Avenue South, Jasper, AL 35501.
Kristi was born May 8, 1967 in Lexington, KY to Floyd Hatfield Jr. and Bethel Belcher. She was a 1985 graduate of Sulligent High School and later attended the University of West Alabama and Bevill State Community College where she received her nursing degree. She previously worked at Generations of Vernon and other long term care facilities and area hospitals. Kristi enjoyed fishing, arts and crafts, flowers and was an avid Kentucky basketball fan. She was a very passionate and free spirited woman.
