Kimberly Lynn Green was born on January 4, 1979, in Amory, MS to Perry Smith and the late Becky Green Jaynes. She passed away on September 16, 2026, at Baptist Hospital in Booneville, MS.
She loved attending concerts, spending time with family, and doing anything she could with her grandkids. She was the life of the party, always making people laugh, and one of the strongest people. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, September 19, 2026, in the Sadie Holland Memorial Chapel at Holland Funeral Directors in Tupelo with Bro. Tony Kelsie officiating and Keith Deatherage speaking. Visitation will be from 11 AM to service time at the funeral home. If you are unable to attend, the service will be livestreamed at hollandfuneraldirectors.com/live-streaming and will be archived thereafter. She is survived by her father, Perry Smith (Sandy Harville) of Mooreville; fiancé, Michael Haire of Booneville; children, Jennipher Brigham (James) of Amory, and Destinee Deatherage (Keith) of Amory; bonus children, Gabe Haire, Zack Haire, Micah Haire, and Brianna Collins; and her grandchildren, Colten, Karsyn, Carolyne, Evie, Brylee, Isabella, Zaylei, Eden, Beau, Wrenly, Everly, Lily, Avery, and Hadley; siblings; Ashley (Josh), Amanda (Anthony), PJ (Lanissa), and Zack (Toriana); cousins, Christi Elrod (Wayne), Rodney Green (Shelly), Lynn (Jason), Nikki (Michael) and many more whom she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jimmy Green and Hazel Chaney, and her mother, Becky Jaynes.
