Kimberly Diane Welzbacher Ives, age 55 of Atoka, Tennessee passed away on Saturday May 16, 2020 at the Select Specialty hospital in Nashville. Kimberly was born October 9, 1964 to the late Lonnie Ray Welzbacher in Ackerman, MS. She served her country as a U.S. Marine and was the first woman in her group to go through the same basic training as men at Camp Lejeune. In her free time, she loved to write poetry, read, dance, and work on crossword puzzles. In addition to her father she is preceded in death by her son, Richard Ives. She is survived by her sons, Daniel Ives of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Jordan Shrader of Atoka, Tennessee; grandchildren, Emily Shrader, Melissa Ives, Gerry Ives, Matthew Ives; and stepmother, Darleen Litsinberger of Atoka, Tennessee.
