Kim Diane Price Mask, 64, passed away Friday, September 1, 2023 at her residence after a brief battle with cancer. Kim was born at Fort Bragg in North Carolina on July 30, 1959 to Lesley Wayne and Annelotte Ernst Price. She was a hard worker and a loving partner, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved music and loved going to see her favorite band, 38 Special, in concert. She was their biggest fan. When she wasn’t busy ‘rockin’ into the night’, she enjoyed spending time with her family and fur babies.
Services will be Monday, September 4, 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, MS with Bro. Mark Nail officiating. Burial will be in Dennis Memory Gardens. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her partner of 14 years – Roger Capooth of Guys, TN; a sister – Frankie Smith (Steve) of Belmont; nieces and nephews – Michael Smith (Jessica) of Belmont, Meagan Harris (Dustin) of Dennis, Mason Smith (Courtney) of Belmont and Mark Smith (Shelby) of Belmont; great-nieces and great-nephews – Makenzie White, Conner Smith, Harper Scott, Henry Smith, Jack Wilder Smith and Olivia Harris; one son- Kody Mask (Katie) of Iuka; four grandchildren – Brooke, Lettie, Oliver and Clara Mask and her two beloved chows – Rufus and Reba.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her chow, Harley.
Pallbearers will be Michael Smith, Mark Smith, Mason Smith, Dustin Harris, Greg Smith and Kale Smith.
Visitation will be Monday, September 4, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS.
