KILLEN-The town of Killen celebrated the anniversary of the town of Killen on Friday and Saturday with a 5k run, artisans and food vendors, live musical entertainment, and activities for kids. The celebration was held at Killen Park in Killen, Alabama located at 830 Lock Six Road in Killen. This is was Killen’s version of a “block party” and the weather was nice, the food was tasty and everyone was having a great time on Saturday as the Quad Cities Daily captured this event in photos.
