Kentucky Man Charged With Rape Of Lauderdale Teen

LAUDERDALE COUNTY-A Kentucky man has been charged with rape, traveling to meet a child for sex, and enticing a child to enter a vehicle or house.

According to court records Justin Edward Stephens, 43 from Lownasville Kentucky posed as the father of a 15-year-old girl

in order to check her out of school.

Stephen then took the girl to another location where he raped her.  This is all according to court records showing this incident happened on September 18 of this year.  Investigators show Stephens picking the girl from Central High School around 9AM when cameras captured images of the girl getting into the truck with Stephens, this after Stephens, posing as the father of the girl called the school requesting an early pick up.  The girl was returned to the school around 2PM that same day.

Muscle Schools police investigators located Stephens at the Clarion Hotel where he confessed to having sexual relations with the girl where they also exchanged nude images by phone.

Justin Edwards in currently being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center without bond.
