Kenneth William “Skeeter” or “Fat Kenny” Schutt, Jr. age 30, of Goodlettsville, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at his home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 2pm in the chapel of the Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield with Brother Michael Smith officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Calvin Olive, Cameron Schutt, Cody Hudnall, Ethan Schutt, Dave Rose, II, William “Twin” Jones, Allen Rose and Van Marshall. Mr. Schutt’s remains will be cremated.

Mr. Schutt was born January 18, 1991 in Springfield to Teresa Hall Parks of Springfield and Kenneth Schutt, Sr. of Cedar Hill. He worked as a painter and was of the Baptist Faith. He loved to be outdoors, traveling, fishing and spoiling his nieces and nephews. He loved going on adventures and even worked on a crab boat in the Pacific Ocean. He was a country boy and was very handy at building things. And if he loved you, he loved you hard.

Mr. Schutt is preceded in death by his grandparents, Andrew Kenneth and Mary Elizabeth Bowen Schutt, his step-father, Troy Parks, and his uncle, Robert Hall.

In addition to his parents Mr. Schutt is survived by his step-mother, Amanda Elliott Schutt of Cedar Hill; brother, Cameron (Chasity) Schutt of Clarksville; sisters, Kaitlynn “Tater” Elliott of Cedar Hill, Kizzie Carver of Springfield, Brittany “Ree” (Ernest Parrish) Schutt of Springfield, Jackie (Daniel “Blackie”) Schutt of Cedar Hill, Ashley (Josh) Moses of White House, Brionna Schutt of White House and Kelsea (Van) Poindexter of Lebanon; step-sister, Tiffany Parks of Clarksville; best friend, Calvin Olive of Goodlettsville; grandparents, Curtis and Helen Blackburn Hall of Springfield. Mr. Schutt is also survived by his fur baby Siberian Husky “Ragnor” and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of these arrangements.
