Kenneth Wayne Whitehead, Sr. age 81 passed away March 27, 2023, at the Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center.
He was born May 16, 1941 in Maryville, TN, the son of the late Virgil and Atta Lee Whitehead. He grew up in East Tennessee and moved to Chicago as a teenager.
He married Geraldine Klug on February 14, 1987. They made their home in Finger.
Mr. Whitehead was a mechanic and a welder. He had worked for Neo Products in Henderson for sixteen years when he retired. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Mr. Whitehead is survived by his wife, Geraldine Sandra Klug Whitehead of Finger; three sons, Kenneth Wayne Whitehead, Jr. of Jackson, Scott Whitehead of Chicago Heights, IL and David Whitehead of Chicago Heights, IL; five grandchildren and a sister, Rebecca Whitehead.
There will be no services.
