Kenneth Wayne Hall  Kenneth Wayne Hall, aged 71, of Athens, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, at his residence. Born on March 11th, 1954, in Wyandotte, Michigan, Kenneth was the son of Herbert Hall and Vergie Montgomery Dycus.

Kenneth is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Kanetha Jackson, and her husband, Ande. He leaves behind grandsons Kade and Kobe Johnson, who were a source of immense pride and joy for him. His extended family includes step-children Wes Hughes and Keri Roberts, along with Keri’s husband, Stan. His ex-wife Janie Hughes also mourns his loss, as do his step-grandchildren Ashlyn Roberts, Carson Roberts, and Trista Hughes. Kenneth was preceded in death by his beloved parents and his grandparents, Charles and Mary Ellen Montgomery, who held a special place in his heart.

The funeral service to honor Kenneth’s life will be held on Thursday, May 29th, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation prior to the service, beginning at 12:00 PM. Kenneth will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery following the service.

Kenneth lived a life filled with simple pleasures and cherished moments. He had a passion for fishing, enjoyed the thrill of the casino, and enjoyed all the friends he made while running his auctions. His affection for animals was evident to all who knew him. Above all, Kenneth’s greatest love was for his family, especially his daughter and grandchildren, whom he adored and was incredibly proud of.

Kenneth Wayne Hall will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege to know and love him. His memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
