Funeral service for Kenneth W. Chaffin, 71, will be Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eric Mattox officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in New Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Chaffin died on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born December 19, 1942, in Morgan County to Louis Monroe Chaffin and Mamie Mabell Smith Chaffin. He was a small business owner, retiring from Tanfastic Tans and also formerly worked for Baker Transport. He was preceded in death by his parents, a Brother: David Monroe Chaffin, and a sister: Kathelene Chaffin.
