Kenneth Thad Williams, age 93 of Greenbrier, TN passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Alive Hospice Residence. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Bethlehem Cemetery, Springfield, TN with Bro. Jon Briggs officiating.
He was born at home in Greenbrier, TN to the late Elvin and Alma Pope Williams on June 28, 1931. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Amelia Ann Jones Williams; son, Todd Williams; brothers, Milton Williams, Harris Williams and sister, Audrey Hammond. He is survived by son, Spencer Thad Williams of Greenbrier; brother, Fred (Sheryl) Williams of Ridgetop; sister, Arnell (Howard “Junior”) Jernigan of Greenbrier; grandchildren, Tasha (Clinton) Mead, Courtney (Ryan) Rigsby; great-grandchildren, Savanah Highley, Bethany Mead, Elizabeth Mead and Sara Beth Mead. Kenneth enjoyed hunting and fishing, tinkering with old cars, BINGO, his vegetable garden and being outdoors. He was retired from Peterbilt Motor Company. He experienced a full life.
