Kenneth Mitchell Mills, age 71 of Heflin, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Shirlene H. Mills; daughters, Heather Mitchell (Stephen) and Misty Owen (Jeromy); son, David Mills (Jenny); grandchildren, Nathan Mills, Bailey Cheatwood (Hailey), Sam Mitchell, Lucas Owen and Addi Owen; great-grandchildren, River Cheatwood and Adalynn Cheatwood; and siblings, Linda Curvin (Ray), Tim Mills (Karen) and Dale Mills (Lisa).
Mr. Mills was a graduate of Alexandria High School. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and farmer. He enjoyed anything outside and Alabama football. What he loved most of all was being with his grandchildren.
