Funeral services for Kenneth Leon Settlemires, 74 of Walnut are set 2pm on Monday, March 2, 2026 at Bethlehem Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, March 1, 2025 from 5pm-8pm and Monday, March 2, 2026 from 1pm-2pm at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Bro. Floyd Lamb will be officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Petie Rutherford, Ronald Wilbanks, Mason Wheeler and David Settlemires. Born August 28, 1951 in Corinth, MS., Mr. Settlemires passed from this life on February 26, 2026 at his granddaughter’s home in Bethel Springs, TN. Kenneth was the owner of Settlemires Used Parts and of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed working on cars, listening to ELVIS, history and anything about Buford Pusser/ He loved corvettes and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Kenneth is survived by his son, David Settlemires, grandchildren, Molly Wheeler (Mason) and Kaeleigh Arnold; great grandchildren, Dawson Wheeler and Shelby Kay Wheeler; brother, Roger Wayne Settlemires (Betty); other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Sandra Kay Settlemires; father, Hershall Settlemires and his mother, Charlotte Settlemires.
