Kenneth Lee Green, 78, of Grant, passed away Saturday.
He was a beloved Husband, Father, Papa, Uncle and Friend and was the last living child of Mittie Green’s nine children. He retired from US General Construction where he supervised construction of multiple commercial restaurants and businesses. He built his family business, Joy’s Jungle, with his wife Joy. Farming and making things grow was his passion.
He was preceded in death by father, Dallas Green; mother, Mittie Green; brothers, Dallas, Bud and Billy; sisters, Timpie, Clara Mae, Myra “Tootsie”, Nell and Helen.
Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Joy Green; son, Mitch & Theresa Green; daughter, Sarita Green, daughter, Kristina & Heath Atchley; son, Steven & Mia Green, daughter, Carolyn Green (Craig); ten grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
A private family service will be held to honor the memory of Mr. Green.
