Kenneth James Norton, 66, of Arab passed away Friday May 22, 2026, at Hospice Family Care in Huntsville. Kenneth was born on May 9, 1960, in Clearwater, FL the son of Elbert Norton and Mae Phillips Norton. Kenneth worked in many aspects of construction and building.
He is survived by his daughters, Tara and Lisa; brothers: Elbert Neal Norton and Timothy Wayne Norton; sisters: Bennie Norton and Michelle Nix; host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Elbert and Mae Norton; siblings: Terry Gene Norton, Billy S. Norton and Betty Sue Green.
Funeral service will be Wednesday May 27, 2026, at 2 PM at Gober Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Gilliam Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-2 PM Wednesday at Gober Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers will be Bradley Smith, Michael Butler, Jr., Betty Rutledge and Angel James.
