Mr. Kenneth J. (Nobe) Horn, age 73, of Ashland, AL passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Clay County Hospital. Mr. Horn travelled and worked all over the United States for most of his adult life, but he called Ashland, AL his home. He was a jack-of-all trades and there wasn’t much he could not do or fix. He was a loving son, brother and uncle who loved his family and taking care of them. He was always never more than a phone call away for anyone who needed him.
Mr. Horn is survived by his brother-in-law, Wayne Mellon; his nephews, Larry Wayne Robinson, Jr. of Savannah, Georgia and Lynn Robinson (Michele) of Ashland; his nieces Judy Robinson of Talladega and Petra Tenney of Talladega; and many great and great-great nephews and nieces who thought the world of him.
Mr. Horn was preceded in death by his parents, Knox Dixon Horn and Lily May Horn, his sister, Evelyn Faye Mellon and his brother, Knox E. (Eacker) Horn.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
Donations to the Alzheimer’s Association are requested in lieu of flowers.
