Kenneth Delaine Chafin, age 56, of Waterloo, Alabama, died, Friday December 20, 2013. The visitation will be Sunday, Dec. 22nd from 6-8:00p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral will be Monday, December 23rd at Waterloo Church of Christ. Wayne Wood and Bill Davis will be officiating. Interment will be at Richardson Cemetery.
He was a loving husband, father and papaw. His grandkids were his world. He loved Alabama football and working on old cars.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Sharae Chafin, mother, Mae Rose Chafin, father, Delaine Chafin, son, Adam Chafin and wife Bridgit, daughter, Shalaine Chafin, brother, Mike Chafin and wife Ann, sisters Amanda Chafin, and Amy Barrier and husband Mark, grandchildren, Hannah Womble, Ryland Chafin, and Renley Chafin.
Pallbearers will be David Scott, Joey Weston, Luke Daniel, Mike Kitching, Jeremy Simpson, Derek Barrier, Keith Elliott, and Rusty Depoyster.
We would like to say “Thank You” to Dr. Holden and Dr. Webb for taking great care of him. We love you and will see you again.
