Kenneth “Coot” Tidwell, age 95 of Jasper, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery. Wayne Williams will officiate.
Mr. Tidwell was preceded in death by his Wife-Bonnie Tidwell; Parents-Rufus M. and Lou Ella Aaron Tidwell; Brothers-R.M. Tidwell, Jr. and Ralph Tidwell; Sisters-Ila Dean Murray (Lige), Elaine Tidwell and Lottie Wallace (Donald “Red”).
He is survived by his Daughter-Linda Harrison (Jim); Grandson-Jacob Harrison (Whitney); Great Grandson’s-Carson and Jayden; Nieces-Beverly Williams (Ray), Cathy Patton (Charles) and Dr. Cindy Angelette (CJ); Sister-in-law-Ethil Tidwell.
Pallbearers will be Jim Harrison, Jacob Harrison, Charles Patton, Darron Clark and Cameron Clark.
