Kenneth “Bo” Glass passed away peacefully on January 24, 2026, at the age of 73, in his hometown of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. He was born on January 19, 1953, in Lawrence County, Tennessee.
Bo was a beloved figure in the Lawrenceburg community, not only for his friendly demeanor but also for his dedicated service. He retired from Parks & Recreation with the City of Lawrenceburg. His commitment to the city was further demonstrated through his 49 years of membership with the Lawrenceburg Elks Lodge, where he formed many lasting friendships.
An avid lover of games and sports, Bo could often be found playing a competitive game of Rook with friends or playing softball. However, his greatest joy was watching his grandchildren play ball, a pastime that allowed him to combine his love for sports with his deep affection for his family.
Bo was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry James Glass, Sr. and Virgie Lois Shultz Glass; two brothers, Jerry Glass, Jr. and Billy Joe Glass; and four sisters, Earline Hine, Edith Ratliff, Betty Price, and Patricia Glass.
Bo’s legacy is carried on by his loving wife, Jeanne Bean of Lawrenceburg, TN, and his two sons, Jason Glass (Kelli) and Josh Glass (Shandal), both of whom reside in Lawrenceburg, TN. His memory will also be cherished by his two sisters, Jerline Brown of Leoma, TN, and Frances Hall of Clarksville, TN. Bo was a proud grandfather to five grandchildren, Alexa Glass, Gavin Glass, Kinsley Glass, Autumn Williams, and Cohen Matney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, January 30, 2026, with Ricky Glass and Chad Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Leoma, TN.
