Kelvy Wayne Gray, 82, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at his home from an extended illness. He was born October 4, 1933, to Sam and Lucean Christian Gray. He was a member of Walnut Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He loved to hunt and fish and spend time with his family and church family.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 18, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Kevin Merritt and Bro. Jimmie Davis officiating. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Agnes Lauderdale Gray; two daughters, Pennee West of Fulton and Sheree Ridings (Cary) of Nettleton; four grandchildren, Joshua Ridings of Amory, Jason Ridings (Caitlin) of Fort Hood, Texas, Allan Nolan of Hattiesburg, and Amanda Nolan Smith (Derek) of Tupelo; two great-grandchildren, Emma Kate Smith and Ava Ray Smith; one sister, Mayola Robinson of Fulton; and one sister-in-law, Sarah Gray.
He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Coy, Buddy, J.T., Doug, and James Gray; and one sister, Sandra Dulaney.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Ridings, Jason Ridings, Allan Nolan, Derek Smith, Marty Gray, and Jerry Brazile.
Honorary pallbearers will be Stanley Upton, Dennis Armstrong, Leon Pannell, and Harold Stevens.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 17, at the funeral home.
