Keith O’Neal Earle
June 10, 1971 – April 9, 2018

Mr. Keith Earle was born on June 10,1971 in Huntsville, AL to Ms. Anna Earle and the late Mr. Sharrow Washington. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eddie and Flora Earle Sr. He departed this life on April 9, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital.

 

Keith confessed his hope in Christ on December 26, 2004 and joined the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, where he served faithfully as church videographer and photographer.

 

Keith was a very outgoing person who loved serving others. His greatest passion and hobbies were working with his hands fixing, repairing and building things from the ground up. He was sought after by so many people requesting projects that he was given the nickname “Bob the Builder” and “Jack of all trades”.

 

Keith was a people person who never met a stranger. He was also an encourager and motivator to not only his family but to the people in the community that he served daily.

 

Officer Keith Earle was a faithful servant for 25 plus years with the Huntsville Police Department. Keith was the youngest but courageous Police Cadet in the 35th session police academy in June 1992. During Keith’s service with the Huntsville City Police Department, he received several Certificates of Commendation for: Lifesaving, Outstanding Community Policing, Outstanding Performance and Professionalism, and Outstanding Service and Professionalism, all ranging from 1997-2012.

 

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Tarsha Strong Earle of New Market, AL; his mother, Anna (Harold) Scott; his children: Bryson Earle of Harvest, AL, Bianca Strong of New Market, AL, Keith (KJ- Poodle) Jr. of New Market, AL, Bryniaha Earle of Huntsville, AL and Kelvin Smith of Huntsville, AL; five sisters: Felecia Earle of Huntsville, AL, Akvia Washington, Brittany Davis, Ebony (Verdell) Washington-Parks all of Syracuse, NY and Gwen Saffold of Hornlake, MS; father-in-law, W.D Strong Sr and mother-in-law, Jimmie Strong of Huntsville, AL; brother-in-law, W.D. Strong Jr. of Huntsville, AL;     special niece, Courtney Earle of Huntsville, AL; two God-children: Jayden Abernathy and Imani McKoy of Huntsville, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

 

Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Friday, April 13, 2018, at the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church (292 Cemetery Road, New Market, AL 35761) with Pastor Larry Davidson, Jr., officiating. Interment will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Officer Earle will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.

Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 12, 2018, and from 8:30 a.m., until 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 13, 2018, at Royal Funeral Home.
