Keith Jerome Grubbs, age 59 of Anniston, passed away on August 8, 2025, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. He is survived by his wife, Phoebe Renee Grubbs; son, Chris Grubbs (Autumn); daughter, Hannah Young; one grandchild on the way; siblings, Martha Thrasher, April Kimbrell and Steve Grubbs; and several nieces and nephews.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Davis Grubbs, Jr., and Daphine Kellum Grubbs; son, Joshua Craig Grubbs; siblings, Linda, Wayne, Paul and Bobby; and nephews, Willie and Aaron.
Keith loved fishing and working on cars. He worked for 25 years at the Anniston Army Depot. He was an avid fan of the University of Alabama Crimson Tide. Roll Tide!
A Celebration of Life will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at the Cheaha Clubhouse in Oxford.
