Kay Lynn Thompson Mitchell, 67, passed away Sunday Aug. 7, 2016. Visitation will be today from 5-6 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with the service to follow at 6 p.m.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Claborn and Dorothy Thompson.
Survivors include her husband, Daniel Lee Mitchell, of Muscle Shoals; sons, Jeffrey L. Mitchell (Tiya), Birmingham, Alabama, and Christopher C. Mitchell and Brandon S. Mitchell, both of Colorado; and granddaughter, Zoe Mitchell.
