Hi Celebration of Life Memorial service for Katriena “Tina” Lynn Winters, 64 of Reagan, TN is set for 2pm on Monday, September 21, 2026 at New Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Counce. Visitation will be Monday, September 21, 2026 from 12pm-2pm at the church. Bro. Bobby Kelly will officiate the service. Born April 25, 1962 in Corinth, MS., Miss Winters passed away on September 11, 2026 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. She is the retired secretary for the Jackson, TN Chapter for the Deaf. Tina graduated from Adamsville High School Class of 1983. She loved her family and spending time with her son brought her immense joy. She enjoyed watching NCIS, walking, feeding wild birds, playing cards and being involved with the deaf community. Tina is survived by her son, Mark Brown; brothers, Kem Winters (Lee) and Kevin Winters (Shantay) ; her sister, Konda Winters; 4 nieces; 1 nephew; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Frank Winters and mother, Kathy Winters. The family has requested that NO flowers be sent , they would really appreciate it if you would make donations to the charity of your choice in Tina’s memory .
