Katlynn Nicole Clemons, 15, of Florence, passed away April 30, 2014 at the Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, AL. She attended Central High School and Hendrix Road Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Sunday, May 4, 2014 from 12 – 2 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Andy Wallace. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
Katlynn was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Glen Clemons; grandfather, Carol Clemons.
She is survived by her mother, Nora Elizabeth Bain; sister, Shayla Green (Andy); nephew, Bentley Green; aunts and uncles, Michelle Williams (Sonny), Rhonda Hill (Steve), Kim Richey (Steve), Larry Clemons (Carrie), Terry Clemons (Katrina); grandparents, William C. and Alice Bain, Sue Edwards; many cousins and best friends.
Active pallbearers will be Steve Hill, Josh Hill, Jon Hill, Jarret Hill, Greg Green, and Sonny Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Central High School friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Children’s Hospital, Birmingham, AL, and to all those who have remembered her and the family in prayer.
