Katie May GilmoreThe Graveside Service for Katie May Gilmore, will be on Saturday, November 21, 2020, at Magnolia Gardens, Corinth, MS, at 2:00 P.M. There will be a visitation on Friday, November 20, 2020, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and on Saturday, November 21, 2020, prior to service at Magnolia Funeral Home South, from 1:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. She passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020, at her home in Booneville, MS. Bro. Ricky Kelley will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Eric McKinney, Joshua McKinney, Philip McKoon, and John James Jr.

Born on January 19, 1935; in Biggersville, MS; she was 85 years old. She was of the Baptist Faith and a member of East Booneville Baptist Church. Survivors include: Three Daughters: Guinda Mae McKoon (Philip) of Corinth; Tammy Lee James of Booneville; and Debra Kay Younger (Dennis) of Round Lake, IL.; Five Grandchildren: Latisha Canon (Scott); Crystal James; Dennis Younger, Jr.; John James Jr.; and Kayla James (Eric); Ten Great-Grandchildren; Two Sisters: Sue Pardue (Bud) of Dennis, MS; and Barbara Lynn Hickman of Corinth; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She was proceeded in death by: Husband: E. D. Gilmore; Son: Eddie Ray Gilmore; Father: John Glenn Gifford; Mother: Dige Blackwell Gifford; Brothers: Walter Lee Gifford, Roy Glenn Gifford, and John Rufus Gifford; and Sister: Betty Lambert. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Katie May Gilmore.
