Katie A. Phifer, 69, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 13, 2018. A native of Tishomingo, MS, she was a retired employee of Josten’s Inc. in Memphis, TN. She was of the Baptist faith. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 17, 2018, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka. Interment will follow in North Crossroads Community Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 17, 2018, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by her son, Jeff Phifer (Laurie) of Olive Branch, MS; four precious grandchildren, Justin Phifer, Kayla Phifer, Jakob Phifer, and Lauryn Phifer; her nephew, Jerry Smith (Laura); her brothers in law, Wayne Phifer and Bobby Smith; and her sister in law, Sissy Alder. She was preceded in death by her father, Herlin Long; her mother, Flossie Robinson Long; two brothers, Eddy Robinson and Tommy Long; and one sister, Iniece Smith.
