Graveside Services for Mrs. Kathy Lee East, age 69 of McDonough, GA, will be Monday, February 20, 2023 at Lineville City Cemetery at 12:00 P.M. with Rev. Roger Griffith officiating. There will be no visitation prior to services.
Mrs. East passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at her home. She was born in Alabama, had a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Jacksonville State University and worked in the education field most of her life in Alabama and Georgia. She was a loving sister and friend.
Mrs. East is survived by her sister-in-law, Rozell East of Lineville; her Aunt, Vonde McKay and over 22 cousins and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Johnny William and Ina Lee McKay East; her brother, Dennis East; and her sister, Janice Kay Hill.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
