Kathy L. Woodward, age 66, of Leoma, TN passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, a housekeeper, and of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harley and Florene Littrell Huntley; one sister, Deborah Cox; and her husband, Dennis Woodward.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Tuesday, March 22, 2016, with Brad Lowery officiating. Interment will follow at Woodward Family Cemetery in Leoma, TN.
