Graveside service for Kathy J. Kent, 61, of Hartselle will be Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Shoal Creek Cemetery with Brother A. Ray Lee officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No visitation is scheduled.
Ms. Kent died Monday, April 4, 2016 at her residence. She was born March 1, 1955, in Morgan County to J.D. Kent and Jean Clemons Kent. She was a homemaker and was preceded by her father.
Survivors include two daughters, Leslie Stringer (Scott) and Katie Waters (Will), both of Hartselle; mother, Jean Clemons Kent; three brothers, Kevin Kent, Hartselle, Kelly Kent, Priceville and Karl Kent, Madison; and five grandchildren, Zac Stringer, Brant Stringer, Will Waters, James Paul Waters and Belle Waters.
Pallbearers will be Kraig Burch, Kerry Burch, Scott Stringer, Zac Stringer, Will Waters and Brant Stringer.
