Kathy Eustice Fowler, 65 of Empire, passed away Sunday April 28, 2024 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was formerly employed as a Dental Hygienist at Warrior Family Dentistry. She was an avid Alabama football fan.
Graveside service and burial is Thursday at 1:00 pm at Littlevine Cemetery in Empire. Bro. Buddy Sparkman will officiate. Visitation is Wednesday night 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Fowler; daughter, Misty Reed; granddaughters, Marca Smith and Maranda Diffy; brother, James Lemley and her parents, Delaney and Geraldine Eustice.
Survivors include her children, Stacie Washington and husband Micheal, Katherine Smith and Justin Diffy and wife Lyndze; grandchildren, Gage Stufflebeme (Briana), Page Stufflebeme (Matt) and Britany Diffy; eight great grandchildren; special daughter, Amanda Isbell (Wade); several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
