Kathy “Cat” Loggins, 67, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 4:10 p.m. in Olive Branch, Mississippi.
Born on December 27, 1958, to the late Dennis and Artleen Ferguson Chapman, Kathy was lovingly known as “Cat” to those who knew her best. She leaves behind a family who loved her dearly and many precious memories that will forever be treasured.
Kathy’s memory will live on in the hearts of her loved ones. Although her earthly journey has come to an end, the memories made and the love shared will remain in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
She is survived by her two sons, Jeremy Loggins and Jayson Loggins; six grandchildren; three sisters, Carolyn Stewart, Margo Dodson, and Rita Huckaby; a special niece, Jessica Chapman; a nephew, Shane Chapman, and his wife, Marci; and a very special friend, Rea Colburn.
In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her two brothers, Sonny Chapman and Bo Chapman.
Funeral services honoring Kathy’s life will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home on Coffee Street in Pontotoc. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Indian Creek Cemetery.
