Funeral service for Kathy Bailey Draper, 64, will be Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Somerville Historical Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Draper passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at her residence. She was born October 23, 1960, in Morgan County, to Arthur Glenn Bailey and Helen Diana Barnett Bailey.
She was a very independent woman that loved her family and always wanted to help anyone she could, at any time. She was employed as the Manager of Livingston’s Shell Station, prior to her passing. She enjoyed fishing and thrift store shopping. She was married to the loved of her life , Ricky Draper, for 43 years.
Preceding her in death were her parents, a sister; Gail Barnett, and a granddaughter: Precious Jade Short.

Husband – Ricky Dale Draper,
Daughters – Christina D. Short (Rocky), and
Deanna Reeves (Tony)
Sons – Stephen Reeves (Ashleigh),
Josh Reeves, and
Logan Reeves
Brothers – Noel Bailey (Brandi),
Joel Bailey (Teressa), and
Dickie Bailey (Sherry)
Fifteen Grandchildren and
Four Great Grandchildren
